It is often said that we need a leader to guide us. Allow me to disagree in some way. We need many leaders. Everywhere! A leader in every single institution, body, office, business, job, household. And no leaders in appearance, but people who excel in the way they administer and manage their responsibility sphere, they inspire creativity, they ensure teamwork, they produce results, they improve things. We need each of us to become a leader in everything we undertake, we attempt, we carry, we form, we do. Continuously, every day, all day, in all.
We need a leadership behavior from us all to succeed. Hic Rhodus, hic saltus!
